All products sold by Kawaii Store are handmade and personalized, created specifically for each customer after the order is placed.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect item received. Returns for change of mind, incorrect personalization details provided by the customer, or preference changes are not eligible.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs for approved damaged or defective items are covered by Kawaii Store.
Refund Processing
Once the return is approved and confirmed, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error, defect, or damage during transport.
